Data Resolution, LLC is California-based Company providing a broad range of IT services to small and mid-size businesses nationally. Our company’s headquarter is located at 2900 Bristol, Costa Mesa, California. Our primary industries are plumbing and irrigation, retail, agriculture, advertising and publishing, distribution, recruiting and non-profit (fund accounting) but our services are not industry-specific in most cases.
Our company mission is "supplying enterprise grade systems for small business budgets". Our main goal is to increase the customers’ business productivity by helping them realize their maximum benefit from their IT investment. We are a service company dedicated to long-term relationships with our customers. We aim to be known as the premiere IT provider.
Data Resolution stays at the top of innovative and progressive technology and aims at finding the most economical and productive path for our customers. Premium software and hardware products command high prices that are not affordable to small businesses. Utilizing economy of scale Data Resolution achieves inexpensive prices.
Currently, Data Resolution concentrates in four major service areas; The Simple Network Technology, Accounting Systems, Software Product Development and Traditional Network Support.
The “Simple Network” Technology
It’s defined as a centralized data and communication solution. It is a redundant pre-configured computer system designed for small to mid-size companies. You can access applications such as MS Office Suite from anywhere just like you do in the office. It reduces fluctuating costs and dependencies on internal IT support.
Accounting Solutions - Microsoft Dynamics GP & CRM
This service area is comprised of consulting for Microsoft Dynamics, a small to mid-size ERP Solution. Data Resolution is a Value Added Reseller (VAR) for the Dynamics GP product line. We focus on 90% services and 10% software sales. Our 15 years experience within the same product line has built a foundation of true knowledge of the product. And Business Processes expertise in multiple industries allows Data Resolution to streamline the implementation process. To this date, there have been more than sixty (60) implementations.
Product development
To remain competitive these days, your software products may need to be tailored to new industries, enhanced for better performance, or migrated to new platforms. Data Resolution has helped many clients to reach new markets, extend product lifecycles and improve product performance.
Data Resolution offers a complete package of computer programming services from custom programming to add-on modules for existing programs. Every project ranging from small single-program to large-scale program is tracked and reported using well established project management systems. Clients regularly receive clear and concise reports of all change requests showing the status of their completion. No work on a new change request is performed until the client assigns it a priority for completion. They provide day-to-day remote or onsite administrative support for software users in a variety of work environments, including professional offices, and small businesses. They maintain network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor the network to ensure its availability to system users. They gather data to identify customer needs and then use the information to identify, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
