Microsoft volume licensing is a great solution for companies requiring a minimum of 5 user  licenses for their software.  Volume licensing allows your company to realize value from the wider range of licensing options that offer budgeting and cost savings, simplified license and compliance management, and access to new versions of the covered software. 

Data Resolution offers two versions of the volume licensing options from Microsoft including Open Value Licensing and Open Business Licensing.

Open Value Licensing - RECOMMENDED

The Open Value program is available for 5 or more users and offers your organization room to grow.  Because the licensing costs are predictable, you can add licensed products throughout the year at a predetermined price.  With Open Value you get simplified license management, better control over your investment, and better management of the cost of licensed products.

Microsoft Software Assurance is included with the Open Value program and provides new version upgrades, technical training, end-user training, and partner services for the licensed software throughout the term of the agreement.

The Open Value program is available in two flavors from Data Resolution:

1.  Three Year Spread Payments

You can license software on a portion or all of your PCs or servers and manage your software costs by paying for your license in three annual payments.

2.  Upfront Payment

You can license software on a portion or all of your PCs or servers for three years by paying for your license upfront in one single payment.

Open Business Licensing

Open Business is ideal for organizations that want to pay for software licenses as they need them.  This option helps give your organization the flexibility to grow as your business needs increase.  A minimum of 5 users for a 2 year license agreement is required.  These licenses are not recurring and do not include Microsoft Software Assurance.
