We will also maintain and support your Accounting and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package. If you have field representatives or executives who travel, the Simple Network empowers them to make better use of your corporate office applications by providing them with direct access to the various business programs and files any time, anywhere they have internet access. Specialized software is available to add on to your standard package. Add and remove programs to fit your needs on a monthly basis.
All you need is a secure and redundant internet connection, we do the rest, including troubleshooting with your internet provider on your behalf if necessary. You eliminate the need to own, manage and maintain huge amounts of computer hardware and software by satisfying your business computer system and network requirements via the Simple Network.
The Simple Network is available in two per-user-per-month flavors:
Flavor One provides the Simple Network to your corporation while Data Resolution owns the licensing and equipment required to run your network - no headaches or issues for your company. This option is available for a minimum of 5 users and a minimum of a 12 month contract. At the end of your contract, you are free to remove your data and setup a network elsewhere or simply renew the contract with Data Resolution.
Flavor Two provides the Simple Network to your corporation while you own the licensing and servers required to run your network. Again, for a per-user-per-month fee, Data Resolution will provide licensing and servers and you will pay for their use. This option is available for a minimum of 10 users and a minimum of a 24 month contract. At the end of your contract, you are free to remove your data, software, and servers from the Simple Network and setup a network elsewhere or simply renew the contract with Data Resolution.
